Returns & Exchanges

We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly issue a refund, minus shipping costs, within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unused, in original unopened packaging. Merchandise not in above stated condition is not eligible for return.

Please contact us at Tiffany@TestPatchStudio.com and we will send instructions to begin the return process. Customers must pay for return shipping. Once merchandise is received at our studio, we will issue a refund.

A not yet processed, or “pending” order can be canceled for an automatic refund. An email will be sent to you about the cancellation. 

All “sale items” are not refundable.
